SIRENS Updates

SIRENS PARTNERS | Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

VERSION 1.0 | EFFECTIVE FROM 10 August 2026

Applicable to all Sirens Partners affiliate activities across Crusino and CrownPokies.

PREAMBLE

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Affiliate”) and Sirens Partners (“Company”, “we”, “us”). Sirens Partners operates an Affiliate Program for its casino brands Crusino and CrownPokies.

By registering for the Affiliate Program, using any of our marketing tools, or accepting any reward, bonus, or commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement in full.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will endeavour to notify Affiliates of material changes, but you should also review this document periodically. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

1.1 “Affiliate” means you, the individual or legal entity applying to participate in the Affiliate Program.

1.2 “Affiliate Account” means the account opened after your Affiliate Application has been approved, used to access the Affiliate Program.

1.3 “Affiliate Agreement” means (i) the terms set out in this document; (ii) the applicable Commission Structures; and (iii) any further rules or guidelines issued by Sirens Partners from time to time.

1.4 “Affiliate Application” means the application you submit to join the Affiliate Program, which forms part of this Agreement.

1.5 “Affiliate Links” means hyperlinks used by the Affiliate to direct traffic from the Affiliate Website(s) or other approved platforms to the Company Websites.

1.6 “Affiliate Program” means the collaboration between Sirens Partners and the Affiliate under which the Affiliate promotes Company Websites and earns Commission as set out herein.

1.7 “Affiliate Wallet” means the online wallet in the Affiliate Account into which Sirens Partners pays earned Commission.

1.8 “Affiliate Website” means any website maintained, operated, or controlled by the Affiliate.

1.9 “Company” means Sirens Partners, together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, and group entities.

1.10 “Company Websites” means the websites of Crusino and CrownPokies, including any mirror sites or additional brands added to the Affiliate Program from time to time.

1.11 “Commission” means the percentage of Net Gaming Revenue, or a fixed amount per New Customer (CPA), payable under the applicable Commission Structure.

1.12 “Commission Structure” means the commercial arrangement agreed between Sirens Partners and the Affiliate, including RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid models.

1.13 “Confidential Information” means commercially sensitive information relating to Sirens Partners, including financial data, trade secrets, pricing, strategies, customer data, and operational know-how.

1.14 “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, domain names, brand names, and any similar rights owned or used by Sirens Partners.

1.15 “Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)” means all monies received from New Customers as placed bets, less: (a) winnings returned; (b) bonuses issued; (c) net balance corrections; (d) administration fees; and (e) fraud costs and chargebacks. NGR is calculated only on New Customers referred by the Affiliate.

1.16 “New Customer” means a first-time depositing customer of Sirens Partners who meets the applicable minimum deposit on a Company Website, in accordance with that website’s terms. This excludes the Affiliate, its employees, relatives, and associates.

1.17 “Parties” means Sirens Partners and the Affiliate together; each individually a “Party”.

1.18 “Personal Data” has the meaning given under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.

2. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Registration

To join the Affiliate Program, you must submit an Affiliate Application and accept this Agreement. Sirens Partners assesses all applications at its sole discretion; that decision is final and not subject to appeal. You will be notified of the outcome by email.

You must provide any documentation Sirens Partners reasonably requests to verify your identity or account details at any time during this Agreement, including bank statements, corporate registration documents, and proof of address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Affiliate Account credentials confidential and secure. Any unauthorised access resulting from inadequate credential management is your sole liability. You must notify Sirens Partners immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 Program Participation

The Affiliate Program is for your direct participation only. Opening an account for a third party, brokering accounts, or transferring an account without prior written consent from Sirens Partners is prohibited. You may not hold more than one Affiliate Account without our prior written approval.

By joining, you agree to promote the Company Websites in good faith and in line with Sirens Partners’ brand guidelines and interests. Affiliate Links are the only permitted method of advertising on our behalf.

2.4 Affiliate Website Standards

You are solely responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining your Affiliate Website. At all times, your website must:

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the GDPR;
  • operate as a professional, technically sound website;
  • not be presented in a way that could be confused with a Company Website, or imply ownership or operation by Sirens Partners;
  • not contain defamatory, libellous, discriminatory, violent, obscene, or otherwise unsuitable content.

2.5 Traffic Quality and Good Faith

You may only send legitimate, high-quality traffic to Company Websites. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • use of branded keywords in contextual advertising (PPC brand bidding);
  • self-registration as a New Customer, directly or through associates, family members, or third parties — this is fraud;
  • traffic manipulation, motivated traffic, or artificial inflation of metrics;
  • traffic generated through IP crossings, false or fabricated personal data, fraudulent payment activity, or similar abuse patterns.

Motivated Traffic — Definition

“Motivated traffic” includes, without limitation:

  • IP crossings — multiple New Customers sharing overlapping IP addresses, suggesting coordinated registrations from a common device, network, or location;
  • Incorrect or fake personal data — registration details that are false, fabricated, or cannot be verified;
  • Fraudulent payment activity — use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise illegitimate payment instruments;
  • Similar gaming activity — multiple New Customers showing identical or near-identical behaviour (including bet amounts, game choice, session timing, or deposit sequences), indicating coordinated or artificial play;
  • Absence of genuine engagement — New Customers who register and deposit but show no authentic platform activity beyond the minimum needed to trigger Commission.

Traffic Quality Thresholds

If 50% or more of New Customers in your monthly traffic volume made only a minimum first deposit, that traffic shall be treated as motivated traffic. Sirens Partners may, at its sole discretion, freeze or withhold related Commission.

If more than 50% of New Customers in your monthly traffic volume made only a first and second deposit and showed no meaningful gaming activity thereafter, that traffic shall be treated as motivated traffic. Sirens Partners may, at its sole discretion, freeze or withhold related Commission.

If more than 50% of New Customers in your monthly traffic volume deposited only up to the threshold required to trigger Commission under the applicable deal, and showed no meaningful gaming activity thereafter, that traffic shall be treated as motivated traffic. Sirens Partners may, at its sole discretion, freeze or withhold related Commission.

What constitutes “meaningful gaming activity” is determined solely by Sirens Partners.

Fraud Threshold

If 20% or more of New Customers in your monthly traffic volume are identified as bonus abusers, money launderers, fraudsters, or otherwise involved in affiliate fraud — whether reported by you or discovered by Sirens Partners — no Commission shall be payable on your entire traffic for the relevant period.

End-of-Month Big Wins

Where a significant player win occurs between the 20th and the last day of a month, and the resulting balance remains unspent or is lost in the following month, those funds shall not be included in Commission under RevShare or Hybrid deals.

Traffic Suspension

Sirens Partners may require you to suspend traffic at any time for quality review or fraud investigation. Official suspension notices are issued only via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams.

On receiving a suspension notice, you must acknowledge it within 1–2 hours and stop all traffic to Company Websites within 24 hours. New Customers registering after the notice has been issued will not be treated as valid New Customers, and related Commission may be frozen or withheld at Sirens Partners’ sole discretion.

Deal Cancellation

If a suspension review confirms violations — including motivated traffic, fraud, or conversion rates likely to produce a negative balance — Sirens Partners may cancel your current deal and replace it with a new one on at least one (1) banking day’s written notice via official channels. All subsequent traffic after that notice (registrations, first deposits, and later deposits) is paid only under the new deal.

2.6 Prohibited Placements

Affiliate Links and Sirens Partners branded materials must not appear on websites or platforms that:

  • target minors or anyone under the legal gambling age;
  • feature illegal pornography or unlawful sexual content;
  • promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;
  • infringe any intellectual property rights;
  • breach applicable advertising standards in any territory where they appear.

2.7 Affiliate Links

Affiliate Links must be displayed at least as prominently as any other commercial or referral link on the Affiliate Website. You may use only Affiliate Links provided or approved by Sirens Partners. Masking or obfuscating the traffic source is prohibited.

2.8 Email and SMS Marketing

Any email or SMS campaign that uses Sirens Partners’ Intellectual Property Rights, or that promotes Company Websites, requires prior written approval. Once approved, you must ensure every recipient has given explicit opt-in consent and has not opted out of that channel. All such communications must clearly identify you as the sender — not Sirens Partners.

2.9 Use of Intellectual Property

Use of Sirens Partners’ Intellectual Property Rights — including the brand names Crusino and CrownPokies, logos, and creative assets — must follow Sirens Partners’ brand guidelines. You may not register domain names, search terms, or advertising keywords that are identical to, or incorporate, Sirens Partners’ trademarks without prior written consent.

2.10 Approved Creatives

You may not use advertising creatives — banners, images, or logos — that incorporate Sirens Partners’ Intellectual Property unless they were supplied by us or expressly approved in writing in advance. Approved creatives may not be modified without fresh approval.

2.11 Loyalty Programs

You may not offer cashback, value-back, or similar incentive schemes on behalf of Sirens Partners or its brands unless such programmes are formally offered on the relevant Company Websites.

2.12 Responsible Gambling

Sirens Partners is committed to responsible gambling. You agree to support responsible gambling messaging wherever our brands appear. You must not use any material that targets anyone under 18, or under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.

2.13 Illegal Activity

You will not target any territory or jurisdictions where gambling is illegal. You will act within the relevant and/or applicable law at all times and you will not perform any act which is illegal in relation to the Affiliate Program or otherwise.

2.14 Data Protection

You must comply with the GDPR and all other applicable data protection laws in your territory, including rules on cookies and the collection and processing of personal data.

2.15 Costs and Expenses

All costs and expenses incurred in meeting your obligations under this Agreement are your sole responsibility.

2.16 Monitoring and Cooperation

You agree to give Sirens Partners all reasonable information and assistance needed to monitor your activity under the Affiliate Program.

2.17 Return of Incorrectly Paid Commission

If Commission is paid for New Customers referred in breach of this Agreement, or in connection with fraudulent or falsified transactions, you agree to return that Commission promptly on request.

3. AFFILIATE RIGHTS

3.1 Right to Refer New Customers

Sirens Partners grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable right, for the term of this Agreement, to refer New Customers to the Company Websites agreed between the Parties, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You have no claim to Commission on business secured by anyone other than you.

3.2 Licence to Use Intellectual Property

Sirens Partners grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use its Intellectual Property Rights solely to display approved promotional materials on your Affiliate Website or other locations expressly approved in writing. This licence may not be sub-licensed or transferred.

3.3 Player Personal Data

Affiliates have no access to Personal Data of customers of Sirens Partners or its brands. Player data remains the sole property and responsibility of Sirens Partners.

4. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Sirens Partners will use reasonable efforts to provide the materials and information needed to implement Affiliate Links properly.

4.2 At its sole discretion, Sirens Partners will register New Customers directed to Company Websites and track their activity. We may refuse or close player accounts where required for compliance.

4.3 Sirens Partners will provide monitoring tools so you can track Affiliate Account performance, Commission, and payments.

4.4 Sirens Partners will process the following Affiliate data for account management, AML compliance, and security: username, email address, full name, date of birth, country and address, telephone number, and financial data.

4.5 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Sirens Partners will pay Commission in accordance with Clause 6.

5. COMPANY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES

If you breach (or are reasonably suspected of breaching) this Agreement, act negligently, or fail to meet your obligations, Sirens Partners may:

(a) suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program pending investigation, including suspension of Commission payments;

(b) withhold Commission relating to any campaign, traffic, or activity that breaches this Agreement;

(c) retain Commission amounts reasonably required to cover indemnity or liabilities arising from your breach;

(d) terminate this Agreement immediately;

(e) forfeit funds left in the Affiliate Wallet that are not withdrawn within three (3) months of termination.

These remedies are cumulative and may be used together or separately.

6. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

6.1 Earning Commission

Subject to this Agreement, you earn Commission under your agreed Commission Structure. Sirens Partners may adjust Commission rates and calculation methods in accordance with this Agreement.

6.2 Payment Schedule

Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid monthly in arrears, no later than the 10th of the following month.

6.3 Payment Methods

Commission is credited to your Affiliate Wallet. The minimum withdrawal is €100 (one hundred euros). KYC verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Approved withdrawal methods are:

  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cryptocurrency (CoinsPaid)

6.4 Errors and Corrections

If a Commission calculation error is identified, Sirens Partners may correct it at any time — whether that means paying an underpayment or reclaiming an overpayment.

6.5 Dispute Resolution on Commission

Accepting a Commission payment is full and final settlement for the relevant period. If you dispute a reported balance, you must notify Sirens Partners in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the report, stating your reasons. Failure to do so is irrevocable acceptance of the balance.

6.6 Tax

Commission is exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes due in your jurisdiction. Any VAT or withholding obligations under relevant licensing arrangements will be set out in your individual Commission Structure.

6.7 CPA and Hybrid Deal Terms

Unless varied in writing, the following applies to all CPA and Hybrid arrangements:

RevShare and CPA Independence

In Hybrid deals, CPA and Revenue Share are calculated independently. Negative Revenue Share balances are not deducted from CPA and are not carried forward. Each component is settled separately each month.

Duplicate Accounts and Self-Excluded Players

Duplicate accounts and self-excluded players are deducted from the CPA component and do not qualify as valid New Customers.

CAP

Where a CAP has been agreed, Commission is payable only for the negotiated number of FTDs. FTDs above the CAP do not automatically qualify. Sirens Partners may, at its sole discretion, decline excess FTDs or apply them toward a new CAP with the Affiliate.

Test CAP

For traffic from PPC, ASO, In-App, Facebook, Google Demand, Influencer, and TikTok sources, an initial test CAP applies. Commission under the test CAP is paid only once the Affiliate generates at least 10 valid FTDs per brand, meeting all requirements of this Agreement. Until that threshold is met per brand, Sirens Partners may withhold withdrawals.

FTD Attribution Windows

FTD Commission is subject to the following windows, measured from registration:

  • 30 days — Facebook, Email, SMS, UAC, In-App, Google Demand, Influencer, and TikTok;
  • 45 days — PPC;
  • 60 days — SEO and ASO.

An FTD after the applicable window does not qualify for Commission, regardless of deal type.

Inactive Links

A CPA or Hybrid link or commission structure that records no valid FTD within the periods below becomes inactive and accrues no further Commission:

  • 30 days — all sources except SEO;
  • 60 days — SEO.

An inactive link may be reactivated on request to your Sirens Partners account manager.

If a link is unused because of technical issues, you must notify Sirens Partners as soon as you become aware. Without timely notice, the link may be treated as invalid.

Big Wins

Where a player wins a significant sum and the resulting balance is later lost, those funds do not form part of Commission under RevShare or Hybrid deals.

7. STANDARD REVENUE SHARE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Unless another Commission Structure is agreed in writing, the following Revenue Share tiers apply:

NGR (EUR)

Revenue Share

NGR < €5,000

25%

NGR €5,000 – €10,000

35%

NGR > €10,000

45%

All figures are in EUR. Revenue Share is calculated on NGR as defined in Clause 1.15.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

During this Agreement you may receive Confidential Information relating to Sirens Partners’ business, operations, or technology. You agree to keep it confidential, not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, and use it only for the Affiliate Program. These obligations survive termination.

You may not issue any press release or public statement about your participation in the Affiliate Program without Sirens Partners’ prior written approval.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1 Term

This Agreement starts when you are approved as an Affiliate and continues until either Party gives thirty (30) days’ written notice of termination. Email is valid written notice. Sirens Partners may also terminate immediately under Clause 5 for material breach or negligence.

9.2 Affiliate Obligations upon Termination

On termination you must immediately:

  • remove all Sirens Partners, Crusino, and CrownPokies banners, creatives, and branded materials from your Affiliate Website;
  • disable all Affiliate Links;
  • return all Confidential Information and copies of it;
  • stop all use of Sirens Partners’ Intellectual Property Rights.

All licences and rights under this Agreement end automatically.

9.3 Commission Post-Termination

From the date of termination, no further Commission accrues on any New Customer, including those previously referred.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Disclaimer

Sirens Partners makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Affiliate Program, Commission arrangements, or the operation of Company Websites. If Affiliate Account reports differ from the Company’s internal database, the database prevails.

10.2 Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Sirens Partners, its directors, employees, and representatives from all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) any breach of this Agreement; (b) performance of your obligations; (c) your negligence; or (d) any injury caused directly or indirectly by your acts or omissions.

Sirens Partners is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or reputation, even if advised that such damages were possible.

10.3 Non-Waiver

Failure by Sirens Partners to enforce any provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of the right to enforce that or any other provision later.

10.4 Relationship of Parties

Sirens Partners and the Affiliate are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. You have no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of Sirens Partners.

10.5 Force Majeure

Neither Party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or utility failures. If such an event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either Party may terminate this Agreement on immediate written notice.

10.6 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement or any rights under it without Sirens Partners’ prior written consent.

10.7 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary; the rest of the Agreement remains in force.

10.8 Governing Language

This Agreement is drafted in English. If there is any conflict with a translation, the English version prevails.

10.9 Amendments

Sirens Partners may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version or change notice on the Affiliate Program website. If a change is unacceptable to you, you must terminate this Agreement. Continued participation after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
